Questions
What is a credit?
Credits pay for AI pre-submission reviews; everything else in ApproveIQ is included in your plan. One credit is worth US$0.01 of AI review. The exact cost of a review shows on its Run button before you start, and depends on how many sheets and reports it reads. A small package costs a few hundred credits.
Who pays?
The firm that owns the project. Consultants, City reviewers and everyone else you invite join free, on every plan.
Do plan credits roll over?
Plan credits are reset to your plan's amount each time the plan renews, so they don't accumulate. Top-up credits never expire. Plan credits are spent first.
What happens if a review fails?
Each discipline check is charged separately. If one fails, its credits are refunded automatically and the rest of the review stands.
Is tax included?
Prices are in Canadian dollars before tax. GST or HST is added at checkout from your billing address, and your invoice shows it. You can add your business number at checkout.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Yes, from Billing at any time. An upgrade takes effect straight away and adds the difference in credits; a cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you've paid for. Projects beyond the Free plan's limit become read-only, never deleted.
Where is my data stored?
Drawings and documents are stored in Canada. For now, account details and project records are stored in the United States. AI review runs on Anthropic's US infrastructure; documents in a review are sent there for processing only.
